Docapesca has launched the public tender for the rehabilitation work of the Varadouro ramp at the fishing port of Quarteira, an intervention budgeted at 31.400 euros that aims to improve the working conditions of fishermen who use this infrastructure.
This investment will improve «the current state and operational conditions of this boat ramp, and the repair/maintenance work on fishing vessels is carried out daily and generates continuous movement of boat hauling to adjacent shipyards and workshops».
«The execution of the contract includes cuts in the concrete surface, scarification/sanitation and cleaning of the areas to be treated and the repair of the joint surfaces», according to Docapesca.
