The Union of Parishes of Faro will create a card that will give discounts and benefits in local businesses. Shops, restaurants and cafes that want to participate can apply now.

This program is called “Living Faro” and, according to Bruno Lage, president of União das Freguesias, “it consists in the attribution of a free card that will give those who have it a set of advantages, translated into discounts at the level of local businesses”.

The objective is to "develop a relationship of preference between this trade and the consumer citizen, residing in the parish", he adds.

The program ” Living Faro” also aims to “strengthen the participation of customers in activities of a social, cultural, sporting or other nature, also providing discounts on activities carried out by the Parish Council and other strategic partners”, explains the municipality.

In this first phase, the Union of Parishes of Faro is contacting several stores, restaurants, cafes and services in order to attract interested parties to join this initiative.

Establishments interested in joining this program should contact the União das Freguesias de Faro or fill this online form.
