Loulé Design Lab has opened a new phase of applications for residents and incubators in this creation, research and experimentation laboratory of Loulé Criativo, a project of the City Council, with the deadline for registration until 15 February.
According to the municipality of Loulé, the Loulé Design Lab, «focused on innovation linked to local culture and sustainability», has «a vast network with institutions and reference projects, and has several work rooms, an equipped workshop, a photography studio , meeting rooms, exhibition gallery, shop space».
New residents will also be able to count on «a dedicated team that provides support in terms of training, dissemination and mentoring in the development of projects and businesses».
Over its almost five years of existence, the project, being a reference and case study at national level, has already supported almost fifty projects, including residents, incubators and associated projects.
«This growing creative community is now looking for new elements that contribute to its multidisciplinary dynamics and integrate the collaborative spirit», says the municipality of Loulé.
It is the objective of the City Council “to continuously promote growth in the creative sector, considered essential for the development of the economic fabric, in particular in the tourism and culture sector”, he concludes.
