Loulé signs the first land deeds where the Circular Norte will pass

The estimated budget for this project is around 3,8 million euros.

On the morning of this Tuesday, January 18, the Loulé City Council signed the first land deeds through which the future North Circular will pass, between the Municipal Pavilion roundabout and the Cylinder roundabout.

According to the Loulé Chamber, “another important step was taken towards the realization of this structuring project in terms of road traffic”.

«Since it is an extensive area, with 50 plots of different owners, many of them absent from the country, it is necessary to go through a negotiation process, namely the signing of all the deeds, which will take time», explains President Vítor Alexios.

The construction of the new section will take place between the Barreiras Brancas/Cylinder roundabout, near the Matdiver store, and the Municipal Pavilion roundabout, over a length of 1.772 meters.

The estimated budget for carrying out this work is around 3,8 million euros.
