This Tuesday, January 24, the SNS Line beat the record number of calls answered in a single day, totaling 4, announced the Shared Services of the Ministry of Health (SPMS).
Of the total number of calls, they said in a statement, "the automated answering mechanisms successfully resolved the call of 44.704 users (about 250.000 since the system was implemented)."
On the same day, 45.627 Provisional Prophylactic Isolation Statements and 49.706 test requests were issued to Covid-19.
"These numbers clearly demonstrate the evolution of the SNS 24 line. In the last two days alone, more than 200 people were served, a value higher than the sum of every day in January 2019, the month with the highest volume of assistance before the pandemic" , highlight the SPMS.
