Lagos has a new Citizen Service Center

This will be an «easier way to contact the Câmara de Lagos to take care of your affairs»

As of this Thursday, January 27th, the Municipality of Lagos will have a new Citizen Service Center.

According to the municipality, this will be an “easier way to contact the Lagos Chamber to deal with your affairs”, and the municipality “will have at its disposal a new personalized telephone service to better communicate with the citizen”.

The new service appears «to respond to the growth of calls», and, in 2021 alone, more than 15 thousand telephone calls were made through the call center.

For this purpose, the municipality, through the Municipality's Office, now presents "a modernized centralized service system, which directs your call to your specific question", he explains.

So, when you call the Lagos City Council, you can choose one of the four areas (Water, Urban Planning, Local Accommodation and Licensing of Activities; Housing and Social Support, Water or Sewerage Failure, Environment and Urban Cleaning; Citizen Space and Espaço Empresa), the call being then forwarded to the indicated area, facilitating and speeding up the contact made.

This new multichannel service platform will be available whenever you call the City Council's contacts (282 771 700, 282 771 702, 282 771 706, 282 780 978 or 282 780 900), allowing "to improve our communication and bring the municipality closer of people and their needs", emphasizes the municipality.
