The participative show “Arvorecer” will be presented by Teatro Experimental de Lagos next weekend, on December 18th and 19th, both sessions starting at 15 pm, at Quinta Velha, Cotifo.
The show features interpretation by Berna Huidobro, artistic direction by Camila Rojas Cannobbio and dramaturgy by Matías Carvajal Silva, in a creation by the Teatro Experimental de Lagos.
«In autumn, as the days shorten and temperatures drop, the trees cover themselves and invite us to listen to the whispered secrets of existence», says Teatro Experimental de Lagos.
“Arvorecer” “dismantles the boundaries between us and the trees and opens us to communication with them and with the landscape, uniting us with the wise giants through a reunion of the collective and the environment”.
“Trees are sanctuaries. Anyone who knows how to talk to them and how to listen to them discovers the truth. They don't teach doctrines or recipes. They teach, indifferent to details, the original law of life. Anyone who has learned to listen to trees no longer seeks to be a tree. We are all part of the same forest», reveals the synopsis of the piece.
Participants are advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to outdoor.
