This weekend, until 18 pm this Sunday, around 00 children across the country were vaccinated against COVID-19, reported the Directorate-General for Health (DGS).
In addition to the children who were scheduled for this weekend (about 77 thousand), on Saturday afternoon, children aged 9 to 11 were given the opportunity to be vaccinated without an appointment at vaccination centers across the country.
The vaccination of children will now continue, according to the planned schedule.
Children aged 9 to 11 years who were not vaccinated this weekend will have the opportunity to schedule vaccination for the next days dedicated to pediatric vaccination.
At 18:00, there were still some vaccination centers with vaccination activities.
