Two men carrying two cannabis plants in the back seat of a car were detained by the GNR on Saturday the 13th in Monte Gordo, in the municipality of Vila Real de Santo António.
The plants were detected by a GNR patrol, who approached the vehicle, eventually confirming that it was actually cannabis.
The drug was seized, as well as the vehicle where it was found, and the men, aged 23 and 27, were arrested and made defendants.
The facts were communicated to the Judicial Court of Vila Real de Santo António.
