The Lídia Jorge Municipal Library, in Albufeira, will receive the presentation of the book “Recria-te com Amor”, by Cátia Rodrigues, on November 19, at 19 pm.
In this work, the author “recounts her journey through the valleys of life that led her to healing (spiritual, mental, emotional and physical) and to reencountering her essence. During this journey, reflections, exercises, meditations and poetic texts emerged, inspired by a sweet and tender voice that cherished her while she suffered, which is now shared by the author», begins by saying the Albufeira municipality.
The book “Recria-te com Amor” is a work inspired by the life experience of Cátia Rodrigues that the author wishes to inspire the reader, «to help him overcome fears, overcome life's storms, and in an endless cycle , to Recreate and Reborn with Love».
Cátia Rodrigues was born in Faro, in 1984, grew up in Olhos de Água (Albufeira). She graduated as a sociologist in 2006 and specialized in the area of Children and Youth at Risk. Today she is a personal and spiritual development therapist and aura reader.
With several years of practice and training in the area, in 2017 she founded the inner work sessions “Recria-te com Amor”, where she is a trainer and provides individual monitoring of mental and emotional stress management.
