Farense was eliminated from the Portuguese Cup by Casa Pia, after losing 3-1 in a game played today, the 19th, in Lisbon, which they only really entered when there was half an hour to go.

Casa Pia came on strong and took the lead after 6 minutes, through Jota Silva.

Before the break, the home team, which was always on top of the game, extended the lead to 2-0, this time thanks to a goal by Zolotic.

In the second half, Farense reacted and managed to reduce the disadvantage to 2-1, in the 66th minute, after having shown that they wanted to enter the game and try to avoid defeat. Henrique crossed and Pedro Henrique headed into the goal.

The Algarve tried to reach a draw, although not always with great discretion, while Casa Pia looked for an opportunity to kill the game.

And it ended up appearing, but only after Loide was sent off, by direct red, in the 90th minute.
