Young man from Boliqueime investigated for drug trafficking had illegal weapons at home

Investigation was underway for eight months

An 18-year-old young man was arrested this Monday, October 12, in Boliqueime, in the municipality of Loulé, for possession of prohibited weapons.

The arrest was made through the Criminal Investigation Nucleus (NIC) of the GNR of Loulé, as part of an investigation that had been going on for about eight months for drug trafficking.

In searches of the suspect's house, the GNR military seized two butterfly knives, three doses of hashish, a knife with traces of drugs, a precision scale, a mill to crush cannabis, four ammunition of various calibers, two mobile phones and 4170 euros .

The detainee was made an arguido and the facts were communicated to the Judicial Court of Loulé.
