The Algarve company Carob World has just launched Biological Carob Syrup, after several years of research and the promising results achieved with previous products (flour, tablets and spreads), all based on carob.
Whether for its «nutritional values or for the enhancement of its gastronomic heritage, carob continues to gain prominence on the national and international scene», with Portugal standing out as one of the world's largest producers of this fruit and the Algarve as the region in the country with the largest production of carob .
Carob World says it intends to launch "another high quality product, expanding the portfolio of articles and enhancing the quality of regional and national products, meeting the population's nutritional and food needs."
Carob Syrup from carob world is touted as “a healthy and truly versatile 100% natural sweetener”. It does not contain gluten, caffeine or preservatives and is rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients such as iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.
It is, therefore, «the ideal product to sweeten drinks, use in the confection of sweets and cakes, to accompany a cheese board, salad dressing, topping for ice cream and more».
The product launch, which was already done yesterday, the 27th, on social networks and on The company's website, will have postage exemption on all online products until the 10th of November. Interested parties may purchase the new product or any of the old ones.
