Carob World launches Organic Carob Syrup

The Algarve company Carob World has just launched Biological Carob Syrup, after several years of research and the promising results achieved with previous products (flour, tablets and spreads), all based on carob.

Whether for its «nutritional values ​​or for the enhancement of its gastronomic heritage, carob continues to gain prominence on the national and international scene», with Portugal standing out as one of the world's largest producers of this fruit and the Algarve as the region in the country with the largest production of carob .
