Águas do Algarve launches a tender worth 4,9 million for the final destination of the sludge from the WWTP

The company Águas do Algarve launched, with the publication in Diário da República, a tender for the provision of collection, transport and storage/recovery/deposition services at the final destination of dewatered sludge from the Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) of the Multimunicipal System of Sanitation in the Algarve.

The service will thus be provided at Vale's WWTP Faro, Pinhal do Concelho, Ferreiras, Albufeira West, Paderne, Alcoutim, Aljezur, Faro, Northwest, Faro-Olhão, Boavista, Lagoa, Lagos, Loulé, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Ameixial, Benafim, Querença, Parragil, Salir, Olhão Nascente, Companheira, Silves, São Marcos da Serra, Almargem, Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo, Vila do Bispo and Vila Real de Santo António.

The value of the procedure is 4,883 million euros, plus 23% VAT.

The bids from the competing companies must be delivered by the 15th of October, with the opening of these bids on the 18th of the same month.
