26 lots will also be sold for houses, whose projects were developed by architect João Cabrita.

On site, a hotel will also be built, with 204 rooms, which will be operated by the Sonae Capital Group.

«With large investments already approved for the rehabilitation of the area that encompasses the Farol from Ponta da Piedade and the Walkways to Praia do Camilo and Praia de Dona Ana, the project will integrate the transformation of the area, providing the metamorphosis of what, for decades, was considered a stain on the Lacobrigense landscape and urban organization, in a an exclusive development, which stands out for its refinement, quality and environmental responsibility», adds Sotheby's.

In 2012, Sonae, and Câmara de Lagos signed a protocol that provided, among other investments, the completion of the construction of the “Torres Crotália”. However, at the time, Belmiro de Azevedo said that this work would advance when there were market guarantees.

Almost 10 years later, the solution for the towers has been found, despite the fact that Sonae is no longer involved in the construction of the development.
