The Urban Services and Environment Division of the Municipality of Silves has a new 4×4 van that will be used to control and monitor epidemics of diseases transmitted by insects, such as mosquitoes, announced this Monday, the municipality.
According to the City Council, "with this vehicle, the municipality has access to places of greater difficulty such as water lines and beaches, which allows for a more effective fight given the geographical dispersion caused by diseases."
