This Thursday, the 1st of July, the Algarvian artist Vanda Rita Oliveira received, this Thursday, XNUMXst of July, in a virtual ceremony, the prize from the jury of the photography competition “European Heritage Brand – Europe Starts Here”, with an image of the Sagres Promontory, during the storm Hercules.
Since 2015, the Sagres Promontory is a European Heritage Label, «a distinction with which the European Union intends to give visibility to sites that celebrate and symbolize integration, ideals and its history», explains the Regional Directorate of Culture.
The award is promoted by the European Heritage Labell Heritage Label.
