The Viveiro Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU), car repairmen and protocols linked to the Accessible Beach project are some of the many themes that will be in focus at the 7th Extraordinary Session of 2021 of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão, which will be held on the day July 23rd, Friday, at 21 pm, videoconference format only.
The session begins with the citizens' intervention period, whose questions must be sent in advance, by email, to the president of AM de Portimão, via the email address [email protected], until 17:00 on the 23rd.
There follows the period of the Agenda, which has eight points.
The first is the discussion and voting on the request for rectification of a decision by AM on the acquisition of an urban property in Largo do Dique/Largo 1º de Dezembro, which aims to correct the property registration number in the parish of Portimão.
The following is the appreciation of the proposed resolution of the ARU do Viveiro.
The next two items on the Agenda will be the discussion and voting of multi-year interchangeable amendments, in one case for 2021 and 2022 and relating to the contract for the requalification of the square and surrounding area of the Igreja Matriz and, in the other, to the Multiannual Investment Plan 2021- 2025.
The fifth item on the agenda deals with the proposal to repeal the regulation for licensing the exercise of the activity of car repairman.
This is followed by an examination of the draft protocols to be signed between the City Council and the Alvor and Portimão Councils within the scope of the Accessible Beach project, on the Vau and Alvor beaches.
By the end of the session, proposals will be discussed on the allowance of representation expenses for the operational commander of the Portimão Fire Department and on the regulations of the Municipal Health Council of Portimão.
