The Câmara de Lagos will lease spaces in the Avenida and Santo Amaro markets at a public auction that will take place on the 24th, at 15 pm, in the auditorium of the Paços do Concelho Séc. XXI building.
«The procedure aims at granting the right to occupy spaces, namely stalls, shops and butchers, in the Municipal Markets of Lagos», summarized the local authority in Lagos.
The base values for the public auction will be as follows: «2000 euros for stands for the sale of fish/seafood; 100 euros for stands for the sale of fruit/vegetables, handicrafts and other items and plants/flowers; 1000 thousand for stores and 2000 euros for butchers».
The right to explore the spaces in the Avenida Markets, located on Portas de Portugal, and Santo Amaro, on Filarmónica 1º de Maio Street, «will be guaranteed for a period of 10 years, and persons who practice this procedure will be admitted to this procedure. commerce in sole proprietorships or commercial companies'.
