The GNR seized more than 2700 doses of hashish and cannabis and detained two men, both aged 50, in separate actions that took place on Tuesday, the 18th, in S. Bartolomeu de Messines and on the Spanish border, in Castro Marim .
In the arrest that took place in S. Bartolomeu de Messines, the GNR soldiers carried out a house search and two vehicles, which culminated in the seizure of "700 doses of cannabis, nine juvenile cannabis plants", a greenhouse and 185 euros.
In Castro Marim, at the entrance to the border, with the collaboration of the Guardia Civil, a man "who had in his possession more than 2 doses of hash and about 000 euros in cash" was intercepted. where it was moving.
The detainees will be present today at the Courts of Portimão and Faro.
The actions included the reinforcement of the Silves and Tavira Territorial Detachments.
