ETIC_Algarve invited André Lourenço Luís, industrial designer and postgraduate in Digital Marketing, to speak on the topic “Building a Community”, in another edition of “Conversas com Lábia”, to be held on May 28th, Friday at 15:00 pm.
This is a free event, which will take place online, but requires prior registration, which must be done following this link.
This session of “Conversas com Lábia” is aimed at ETIC_Algarve trainees, but is also open to the general public.
André Luís is the founder of Trojan Horse was Unicorn (THU), «one of the most relevant projects in the digital and interactive entertainment sector, on a global scale», according to ETIC_Algarve.
"Due to its desire to do differently, to be useful to society, and to have a positive impact on people's lives, the idea of creating the THU, in 2013, was born with it," added the school based in Faro.
Today, «THU is an internationally renowned brand in the industry, promoting various events and projects around the world and asserting itself as a networking ecosystem created to share knowledge and inspire creators».
ETIC_Algarve created the “Conversas com Lábia” with the objective of «poor inspiration and enlighten thoughts» and consists in sharing the experiences and knowledge of important figures in the area of Creative Industries in Portugal, with a view to «provoke the creative minds» of trainees of the Algarve's School of Technologies, Creation and Innovation.
As in previous sessions, ETIC_Algarve opened the event to the general public, "because it believes it is essential to build a critical mass and also because an informed society is necessarily a better society, especially in days when misinformation is increasingly widespread'.
