The “OURIQUE: RESISTIR/RECUPERAR” support program for local companies will have its application period extended until April 30th, thus allowing all entities that fulfill the conditions of access, to access municipal support.
The municipality of Ourique approved a support program for companies and entrepreneurs, on an individual basis, with organized or simplified accounting, that have their headquarters and activities carried out in the municipality. This initiative aims to combat the economic effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is a complement to national support measures.
Whether micro, small or medium-sized companies, they must have been legally constituted by the beginning of 2019.
The initiative has a budget of 100 thousand euros, and is «oriented to strengthen the liquidity of companies and support the maintenance of jobs in the municipality of Ourique», says the Alentejo municipality.
The municipality's non-refundable support will have the value of 300 euros for each employee who has been on lay-off, including the managing partners or ENI, up to a maximum value of three thousand euros per entity.
