A responsible adoption campaign by Animal Rescue Algarve will take place on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of April at MAR Shopping Algarve, in Loulé, with the presence of «some animals that may become part of the family».
Animal Rescue Algarve (ARA) will also have, on the same dates, the launch of the book on pets “For the love of…”, which aims to support the animal cause in Portugal and help raise funds for the association.
The collaboration of Animal Rescue Algarve and MAR Shopping Algarve in this campaign comes to promote the responsible adoption of four-legged friends and their integration into a new family and a happy home. The campaign will take place outside, next to the main entrance, from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm on Friday and from 10:00 am to 13:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
MAR Shopping Algarve supports the concept pet friendly and held, in 2019, the opening of Woof Land, the first pet area of the country with service of dog sitting and various activities dedicated to pets.
Other responsible adoption campaigns have previously been organized in partnership with various entities, including Animal Rescue Algarve.
On the same dates as the adoption campaign, from 23 to 25 April, Animal Rescue Algarve will launch the book “For the love of…”. The launch takes place on floor 0 of MAR Shopping Algarve, in front of Arcadia, where the book can be purchased at the kiosk where the association will be located.
Conceived and compiled by the British couple Tony and Sarah Wyld, the book featured a project by the Almancil schools group, through which the children created, wrote and designed stories that are part of the publication. One of the main goals of the book, in addition to supporting ARA, is to draw attention to animal welfare.
