According to the GNR, which made the arrest through the Nucleus for Investigation and Support for Specific Victims (NIAVE) of Portimão, the Guard's military “found that the suspect was repeatedly inflicting physical, verbal and psychological ill-treatment, as well as threatening to kill him. victim, his 42-year-old companion, in the presence of their children, aged 4 and 14».
The detainee, who already had a criminal record, also for domestic violence, was present yesterday, March 25, at the Judicial Court of Portimão, where the coercive measure prohibiting contact with the victims was applied.
