Algarve Interpreter Guides Association celebrates 1st anniversary

Interestingly, tomorrow, the 21st, the International Interpreter Guide Day is also celebrated.

The Algarve Interpreter Guides Association (Agigarve) celebrates this Sunday, February 21st, its 1st anniversary and will celebrate it in an online initiative. 

Interestingly, tomorrow, the 21st, is also the International Interpreter Guide Day and Agigarve will celebrate both dates.

To this end, it will participate in an event, via Zoom, with the Portuguese Association of Interpreters and Tourist Posts (Agic) and the National Union of Touristic Activity, Translators and Interpreters.

In this initiative there will be, from 15:00 to 16:00, the “Hora Agigarve”, “where we will have testimonies not only from the 45 members but also from various regional entities and also animation”, explains the association.

Before, at 14:30 pm, João Fernandes, president of the Algarve Tourism Region, will speak.
