In an interview with Sul Informação, Luís de Matos said that this «will be a desired return to the stage», after the period of confinement.
“This pandemic has separated two elements that only exist together: artists and audience. This prolonged fast was too long and it is with great joy that we are preparing this Saturday show», he added.
In his presentation, which will start at 22:30, Luís de Matos will be alone or just accompanied by his team. “There will be no guests, like the last time I was in Faro, in January, then at Teatro das Figuras».
«This will be a show with great illusions, but everything adapted to the space. In this case, as a result of the circumstance, it will even be one of the first shows that I will do, in my career, outdoors», explained the magician.
Luís de Matos guarantees that he will be «in Faro very prepared» to liven up this “F Night”. "Let's celebrate this being together and not give up," he added, in an inviting tone.
At a time when the entertainment sector is still experiencing periods of crisis, the magician insisted on highlighting the “importance of people's adhesion”.
“The culture sector was the first to stop and will be the last to resume and we all understand why. The important thing is that, gradually, people feel again the confidence to go to a venue, where all precautions are being followed», he considered.
“I think we're all a little fed up with hearing about Covid. We know that the virus exists, that it is not eradicable, but the security rules will be present. Maybe, at this point, we're also going to give more importance to live shows because we're tired of looking at screens», he added, between laughs.
