There are 5 former Fiscal Guard posts in the Algarve looking for entrepreneurs

Public properties, vacant for decades, are available for tourist exploitation

The former Fiscal Guard posts of the Cinturão, Corte Velha and Junqueira, all in the municipality of Castro Marim, overlooking the Guadiana river, as well as those of Vilamoura and Cabanas de Tavira, are available for tourist exploration, within the scope of Revive Nature program.

Soon, the former Tax Offices of Sagres and Burgau will also be available in the Algarve region, both in the municipality of Vila do Bispo, as can be seen on the program's website.

The Revive Nature Fund aims to recover and enhance public properties, vacant for decades, mostly located in spaces with natural heritage values, which have a high potential for tourist attraction, taking into account their original functions, histories and specificities geographic areas.

Precisely to make these four properties of the State known to businessmen who may be interested, Turismo Fundos, in collaboration with Turismo do Algarve and the Municipal Councils of Castro Marim, Loulé and Tavira, will promote a clarification session next year. September 22, in Faro, on the conditions of the tenders for its tourist exploitation.

This session aims to provide entrepreneurs with access to all the information to formalize applications for the tenders, which began on July 21st and end on October 19th.

The session will take place at the Auditorium of the Algarve Tourism Region, in Faro, from 15:00 on the 22nd next.
