ABC tests Algarve citizens traveling to Madeira

The tests are free

The Algarve Biomedical Center (ABC) will start testing, from this Thursday, 6th of August, the citizens of the Algarve who travel to Madeira from the mainland, following an agreement established with the Regional Government of Madeira.

The tests are free and must be scheduled up to 72 hours before the flight, which can be done by email ([email protected], with the title “Viagem à Madeira” and reference in the email body to the postal code of residence) or by telephone (966418469, between 15:00 pm and 19:00 pm).

Both at the time of scheduling and when taking the test, the following are required: name, telephone, email and citizen's card number/number of the passenger's National Health Service; destination address in Madeira; copy of airline ticket/travel receipt.

Harvesting takes place between 17:30 pm and 20:00 pm at the Estádio Algarve.
