The opening of procedures for hiring staff for the Chamber and voting on the executive's proposal for fees to be charged for licensing in the public maritime domain will be under discussion and voting at the 3rd Extraordinary Session of 2020 of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão, which will take place in the June 22, next Monday, at 21 pm, in the Municipal Museum Auditorium.
In this session, the presence of citizens in person will be limited to eight people, the maximum number of occupants of the auditorium, in light of the rules for containing the Covid-19 pandemic, warned the president of the Municipal Assembly, in the notice announcing the next meeting of this organ.
The eight members of the audience will be able to ask questions right at the opening of the meeting, during the Citizens' Intervention Period.
There follows the Period on the Agenda, which will have six points.
The first four are related to signings. Point A refers to the "discussion and voting of the recruitment proposal for the occupation of a job under an indefinite employment contract for the career and category of operational assistant (functional area of general services assistant)".
Here are three points on which proposals will be discussed and voted on opening tenders for the occupation of jobs under an indefinite employment contract", namely one for the career and category of senior civil protection technician (Point B) , two for the career and category of operational assistant - supervisory functional area (Point C), a fourth for the career and category of senior technician - functional area of landscape architecture - and a fifth for the career and category of senior technician - area functional engineering of the environment.
Also part of the Agenda are the discussion and voting of «the draft protocol of cooperation and partnership to be signed between the municipality and the association Discurso Paralelo, under the project “Mypolis – Citizenship 4.0 Portimão”» and the proposal for fees to be charged for the licensing of activities and private occupation of the public maritime domain.
