Loulé teaches how to save on electricity bills

Participation in the online seminar is free.

Loulé City Council will teach how to save on electricity bills, at an online seminar aimed at the general public, scheduled for Monday, the 18th, at 18:30 pm.

O webinar “Learn how to lower your electricity consumption and save on your bill” is jointly organized by the Loulé municipality and the Regional Agency for Energy and Environment of the Algarve (AREAL) and “will have advice on the best energy efficiency practices for the various sectors of activity, contributing to the change of habits and procedures, allowing an effective reduction in consumption, as well as in greenhouse gas emissions», according to the City Council of Loulé.

Teaching how to correctly read the electricity bill, monitor the electricity bill / choose a supplier and save on the bill and reduce electricity consumption are some of the contents of the initiative.

The session is part of the Quarteira Lab project, co-financed by the Environmental Fund of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Action, «a living laboratory that, in the area of ​​energy, provides for the implementation and testing of innovative solutions that contribute to the decarbonization of space, to the improvement of energy efficiency and reduction of energy consumption in public and private spaces, in line with the Climate Action Policy of the Municipality of Loulé».
