An 81-year-old elderly woman, a user of the Home of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia in Boliqueime, died this Sunday, April 26, a victim of Covid-19, she confirmed to Sul Informação the provider Sílvia Sebastião.
This head of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Boliqueime explained, in statements to our newspaper, that you, who died in the Hospital of Faro, had “many associated health problems”.
Num post on Facebook, the Santa Casa da Misericórdia in Boliqueime revealed that it is Maria do Carmo Neves Ataíde, an elderly woman who «had already been in this home for some time».
This is the second death of a user of the Misericórdia de Boliqueime, with Covid-19, after the death of a 91-year-old woman.: the mother of the writer Lídia Jorge.
According to the latest update made by Misericórdia itself, at the moment there are still 15 users infected with Covid-19, 32 negative and 11 inconclusive. Of the positive ones, 12 are at home and three in the hospital, and one of those who are hospitalized also “inspires greater care”.
