The Algarve Football Association (AFA) and the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) delivered, on the morning of Tuesday, April 14, individual protection material for health professionals at Hospitals de Faro and Portimão.
Each hospital unit received 200 masks, 100 gloves, 100 caps and 100 shoe covers.
“All the help is little at the moment but it is with great satisfaction that we hope that this material can, in some way, make a difference in the conditions of treatment for patients. It is imperative to support those who are on the front line, to whom we take the opportunity to address our deep gratitude», underlines, in a statement, the direction of the AFA.
