«An important factor that we must take into account during these days is our food», which should take into account the «diversity of products and a set of foods that, due to their properties, deserve to be highlighted in our “wheel” of food,” stresses ADPHA.

«Inevitably, we will (almost) all get a little heavier, given that the living space we enjoy, for the most part, does not have large areas where we can exercise, where the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room routines (or in another sequence of spatial dynamics) always have the preferred target these days, ie television. After meals, or even with them going on, we are seated and we will hardly have any other place than the chair or the sofa».

Thus, continues the Association, «the role of meals becomes fundamental», and the ingredients «must be well thought out».

ADPHA stresses that among the risk groups are the Diabetic and people aged between 60-70 years and draws attention to the nutritional properties of the tuber.
