Portimonense drew 1-1 with Boavista in an always difficult trip to Porto, to Estádio do Bessa. The Algarve only managed to avoid defeat in the final minutes, so this is a very tasty point for the Portimão team.

In the first half, the only obvious opportunity, in which the ball actually ended up entering the goal, belonged to Portimonense.

On minute 31, Henrique went up the left flank and headed in to Aylton Boa-Morte, who put the ball in the back of the net. Referee Manuel Mota initially validated the goal, but ended up canceling it, due to an alleged offside, after having resorted to the video referee.

The second half started with another goal disallowed, this time by Stojiljkovic, from Boavista. On minute 52, the chess striker still put the ball in the back of the goal, but the referee considered that he had previously fouled on the Algarvian defender.

Stojiljkovic did not score in the 52nd minute, but fired on the 67th minute, following a corner taken by Rafael Costa.

Portimonense tried to change their luck, but couldn't create clear chances to score.

But the draw would come, in the 94th minute, also following a corner. Dener climbed higher than everyone else, headed in without a chance for Helton Leite and made it 1-1.

With this result, Portimonense remains in 16th place, now with 13 points, just two more than Paços de Ferreira. That means it could still fall below the waterline before round 15 is over, should the pacenses win.
