The Algarve's Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR) will promote the seminar “3 in Line – Program for the Conciliation of Professional, Personal and Family Life” on the 16th of November, at its premises, in Faro.
The 3 in Line Program was launched by the Government a year ago and “aims to promote a greater balance between professional, personal and family life, as a condition for effective equality between men and women, allowing free choices to be made in all situations. spheres of life”, according to the Algarve CCDR.
In all, the initiative has 33 measures, which «are considered essential tools to favor the reduction of absenteeism, the increase in productivity and the retention of talent, also contributing to demographic sustainability and seeking to involve central and local Public Administration entities, and public and private companies”.
Registration is free, but mandatory, and can be made online.
