António Covas delivers last lesson at the University of Algarve

António Covas, Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve (UAlg) and columnist in Sul Informação, will deliver his last lesson, entitled “European politics for the next decade – A brief history of the future”, this Wednesday, December 18, at 17:30 pm, in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Economics, on the Gambelas Campus, in Faro.

In this lesson, António Covas will address «the legacy of the 2008/2018 decade, the paradoxes of the integration process, the extraterritorial abyss of the technological revolution, the difficulties of multilevel governance, the great challenges of European governance».

PhD in European Affairs from the Free University of Brussels, professor at the University of Évora between 1977 and 2000, António Covas has been a full professor at the University of Algarve since 2000.

He is the author of fifteen books on European affairs and a staunch European.
