Vila do Bispo challenges children and young people to a “Sustainable Christmas”

“Sustainable Christmas” contest is aimed at children and young people between 3 and 16 years old

The Vila do Bispo Council is promoting the “Sustainable Christmas” contest, with the motto to reuse and recycle until the 29th of November.

This competition is aimed at all classes in schools and kindergartens, as well as young people and families in the municipality, aged between 3 and 16 years.

This initiative to carry out work alluding to the Christmas season «creative, original and that make use of various materials. The innovative projects will be awarded», according to the Vila do Bispo Chamber.

The works to be presented must, obligatorily, be accompanied by the respective registration form available here or at the Education department, at the Cultural Centre.

Participants in each aspect of the competition will be divided into three levels, by groups or individually: between 3 and 6 years old; between 7 and 9 years old and between 10 and 16 years old.

At the end, a prize will be awarded to the 1st place in each level.

The works will be on display at the Cultural Center of Vila do Bispo from December 2nd to January 3rd, 2020.
