A 34-year-old man was arrested this Sunday, the 24th, for having stolen two computers from an analysis clinic in Quarteira.
A GNR patrol suspected a man who, upon being approached, dropped the backpack he was carrying and began to flee on foot, having been caught shortly thereafter.
In the backpack, the military found the two computers, which had just been taken from an analysis clinic.
"The seized material was returned to the rightful owner, who was unaware until that moment that it had been stolen," according to the same force.
The detainee will be present today at the Judicial Court of Loulé to apply coercive measures.
