The three Algarve secretaries of State left as many vacancies in the Assembly of the Republic

Ana Passos, Francisco Oliveira and Célia Paz will be deputies to the Assembly of the Republic, following the departure for the Government of Jamila Madeira, José Apolinário and Jorge Botelho, the first three elements of the PS list by the circle of Faro in the Legislatives of 2019.

The Socialists elected five deputies for the Algarve, including the newly announced secretaries of state. The departure of three members of the list to the Government opened as many other vacancies in the AR, which everything indicates that they will be occupied by the following elements, in the list that the PS presented by the Algarve.

Thus, Joaquina Matos and Luís Graça, the number four and five on the list and that it was already known that they would have a seat in Parliament, are now accompanied, in the Assembly of the Republic, by Ana Passos, who had already been a deputy in the previous legislature, by Francisco Oliveira (lawyer and leader of the socialist caucus in the Municipal Assembly of Albufeira) and by Célia Paz (alderman of the Municipal Council of Albufeira).
