The last Fora d'Horas Market, which is dedicated to the palate, takes place on the 10th of July, in Silves.
The initiative starts at 19:00 and lasts until 00:00. In this event, the Municipal Market of Silves will be open with the possibility of buying local products. There will also be themed exhibitions, a craft market, workshops, games, showcookings, music and street entertainment.
«In this edition, the Fora d'Horas Market grew as a reference event in the region, given its uniqueness, as a gastronomic event linked to local culture and community design, maintaining its message of valuing traditional products and producers», says the organization .
«Once again, we explored the gastronomic qualities of the Municipal Market of Silves, which is a strategic place for various meetings: meeting of supply of goods, the basis of local food, food traditions, people, conviviality and socialization, at a point of convergence between the rural and the urban, the community and the public, who come together in this party-event to celebrate the culture of the markets», he adds.
