A young man, suspected of assaulting his partner, in front of his 2-year-old daughter, in Portimão, was given an electronic bracelet and a ban on approaching the victim's home and work.
The 22-year-old man was present at the Judicial Court of Lagos.
According to the GNR, the Nucleus for Investigation and Support for Specific Victims of Portimão (NIAVE) found that "the suspect, in the presence of his 2-year-old daughter, repeatedly assaulted and threatened his 30-year-old partner with death."
