The 22st international colloquium “Tides of Stories” will take place next Saturday, June 9, from 00:17 am to 30:XNUMX pm, in the Main Hall of the Chamber of Faro and at the Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve.
This event, held for the first time in the South, will bring together representatives from the areas that best intersect with the principles and objectives of the organizers: scientific-pedagogical intervention, civic education, social entrepreneurship and media action.
During the morning, the interventions of the guest speakers will focus on education technologies, on the good practices of Ajudaris in the south of the country, and on how to overcome barriers in the reading and writing processes. In the afternoon, applicants will be able to participate in one of the three workshops to be held at the Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve.
Co-organized by the Ajudaris Social Solidarity Institution and the Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve, the colloquium is accredited by the Ria Formosa Training Center with a duration of six hours, and has the support of the University of Algarve, the Municipality of Algarve and the Algarve Tourism Region.
