Two aerial means are fighting a fire, in a wooded area, close to the mainland of Loulé and the roundabout of Cylinder.
The alert was given at 12:54 pm.
Source of the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) of Faro told the Sul Informação that the fire has “an active front, already with little intensity”.
According to the same source, there are no houses at risk and road traffic is not interrupted.
In the firefighting area there are 41 operational and seven vehicles, in addition to two aerial means.
