It's called “Algarve Revit+” and it wants to revitalize three business areas in the Algarve. This is a new project, the objective of which is therefore to strengthen the training and promotion of small and medium-sized companies, located in three areas of Vilamoura, Tavira and Lagos.

This is an initiative of NERA – Business Association of the Algarve Region, AMAL – Algarve Intermunicipal Community and Algarve's Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR) which, together, applied for and approved a SIAC project (Sistema) by CRESC Algarve 2020 Support for Collective Actions), called “Algarve Revit+”.

The three participating business areas are Lagos (Municipal do Chinicato, Chinicato and Marateca), the Parque Empresarial de Tavira and the Business and Services Center of Vilamoura.

To promote the companies located there, training and promotion actions will be carried out, which will involve the holding of a Business Exhibition of the products and services of the companies installed in each of these business areas, a Forum for Competitiveness, consisting of thematic workshops for training companies for innovation and Project Acceleration Laboratories, through meetings between consultants and companies for project acceleration.

These actions, free of charge for companies, organized in partnership with the Municipal Councils, take place on the 5th and 6th of June at the Ribeira de Tavira Market, on the 12th and 13th of the same month at NERA – Zona Industrial de Loulé and, June 18th and 19th, at the Centro Cultural de Lagos.
