The Algarve Hotel and Tourism School (EHT) team won 1st place in the National Competitions of the Eco-Cooks Competition, which took place on April 30, at EHT in Lisbon, within the scope of the Eco-Schools programme.
The school team based in Faro it was formed by students David Silva, Felicia Ciobra and José Ribeiro, from TCP 3rd, accompanied by Chef Luís Caboz.
