Toy is going to give a concert at the 1st of May party, at 17 pm, in Odeleite (Castro Marim), and promises to liven up the hosts with the hit “Coração sem age” from the so-called “Toda a noite” (Toda night) chorus.
One of the biggest attractions of the last years of this festival has been the exhibition of the “Maios”, which are found throughout the village, towards the river, where the festival takes place, celebrating spring.
This party joins the natural charms of the Ribeira de Odeleite landscape, where, in addition to musical entertainment, fun activities will take place, designed for the whole family, such as inflatables, slides, canoeing and tag.
The already traditional sardine, free of charge, starts at 12:00 pm and the afternoon is animated with a dance with “Grupo + 2” and the performance of the Folklore Group of Faro, closing with the concert of “Toy”. Simultaneously, there is a Mercadinho, selling local and regional crafts and sweets.
For those who go camping, as is tradition, the party starts earlier, with a ball on April 30, at 21 pm, with Sérgio Conceição.
The Worker's Day is organized by the Social Association of the Parish of Odeleite in partnership with the Parish Council of Odeleite and the Municipality of Castro Marim.
