The teachers from the Group of Schools of Montenegro (Faro) involved in the Erasmus+ Project “And…Action!” participated in a transnational visit to Iceland, to the Brekkubaejarskóli school located in Akranes.

This project, focused on the production of videos associated with various activities, is coordinated by teachers from Germany and has the participation of teachers from Portugal, Iceland, Greece and Northern Ireland.

In this mobility, teachers Susana Castro and Goreti Soares, from Escola EB1 de Marchil, and teacher Liliana Martins, assistant director, were representing Portugal.

«It was a very enriching trip, which allowed contact with the Icelandic education system, reflect together on various themes, share ideas and plan strategies and activities to be developed with students from the various countries involved in the project», explained Susana Castro.

The aim of the project called “….And Action” is to improve children's learning and practices using audiovisual media, allowing them to create and exchange videos on various subjects related to themselves and their environment.

Films will be used as a platform for intercultural dialogue and discussion of the theme of diversity in the European community.

Children will improve their skills in information and communication technologies, discuss cultural diversity and develop knowledge about partner countries.
