The Municipality of Aljezur is repaving the municipal road that connects Rogil to the Priory and the section between Montes Galegos and Vale, of the EM1003.
The works are expected to last 45 days and will motivate a total investment of 230 thousand euros.
According to the municipality of Aljezurense, the works are aimed at "improving the pavement of these roads, which are quite damaged".
«The intervention will be at the level of reinforcement of the existing pavement, in bituminous semi-penetration, which is in poor condition, with the intention that it be repaved in bituminous concrete and double cold bituminous micro-agglomerate and that horizontal signage be placed », explained the municipality.
At the same time, teams from the City Council are carrying out, «with their own means, conservation works on the road network, municipal roads and rural paths, in the various parishes of the municipality», interventions that will continue «until the beginning of the next winter» .
