The Loulé Council will provide 148 free lessons of the most diverse sports, open to the entire community, between the 9th and 19th of April, to guarantee an “Active Easter” in the municipality.
The municipality maintains its commitment to the promotion of informal sports and, «in close collaboration with various local partners», has set up a program of activities, which will be spread over several spaces in Loulé, Quarteira and Almancil and to which the entire population is challenged to join .
«Aquatic activities such as hydrojump or hydrobike, surfing, crossfit, yoga, ballet, dances such as semba, bachata or Argentine tango, pilates, cycling, gluteal ABS, mountain biking, volleyball or stretching, there are several modalities, from the most traditional to the most innovative , which can be chosen by the participants», according to the Chamber of Loulé.
Each person will be able to participate in as many activities as they wish, "totally free".
«With this project, the Loulé municipality intends to provide a “fit” Easter, full of movement, good mood and new experiences for all its residents but also for those who visit the Municipality. This is, therefore, another action that fits into the bet on informal sport, taking activities to the entire community regardless of age, social, gender or physical condition», concluded the Chamber.
