The Villa Nature development, in Vilamoura, is a finalist in the National Real Estate Award in the Housing category. This initiative, organized by Magazine Imobiliário, rewards the Best Enterprise of the Year 2019, in the Office, Housing and Collective Equipment categories.
In addition to the Algarve representative, the Barcelos Residence (Barcelos), Belas Country Club/Lisbon Green Valley (Belas, Sintra), Conde 35 (Lisbon), Cordoeiros 30 (Lisbon), Douradores 168 (Lisbon) are in the running for this award , Esperança do Cardal 11 (Lisbon), Mouzinho da Silveira 21 (Lisbon), Ouro Grand (Lisbon), Sottomayor Residências (Lisbon), Alferes Malheiro Building (Porto).
According to Magazine Imobiliário, «this initiative is the result of a whole year of work and research on the best and most valid things that have been done in Portugal in this field».
The winners of the real estate “Oscars” will be announced on the 4th of April at the Vila Galé Cascais Hotel.
